IMPORTANT NOTICES – PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:

1. Services are only available to FSI members and associate members – ineligible bookings will be cancelled and refunded minus an administration fee as per our terms and conditions. FSI membership is freely available to both Small Charity Members (charities with an annual turnover of less than £1 million) and Associate Members (charities with a turnover of £1 – £5m). This excludes eLearning, which is available to non-members.

2. The cost in your basket represents the initial deposit you pay. On core FSI events, 50% of this will be refunded upon full attendance and completion of feedback surveys. This excludes eLearning, for which the cost in your basket is the final price – and the Small International Development Charities programme, for which events have a fully-refundable deposit.

More information on all of the above points, including our cancellation policy can be found in our booking terms and conditions, which must be accepted prior to you paying a deposit. We will use and protect your data in line with our privacy policy.
